Gluten-free Island Cookies by Cookin' Amigo

Gluten-free Island Cookies Ingredients:
2 Bananas (smashed)
100 g (1 cup) Quick Oats
50 g (1/4 cup) Dark Chocolate Chips
50 g (1/4 cup) Shredded Coconut Flakes
5 ml (1 tsp.) Vanilla Extract
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350º F.
Smash bananas and add all ingredients to a bowl.
Drop onto a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper by 1-inch balls. Press down the balls to flatten.
Bake for 15 minutes.
